Since the purchase by Vail Resorts, the area of Canyons Village (together with Park City Mountain Resort) has been transformed into one of the largest all-season resorts in the country.  Canyons Village offers a wide array of housing accommodations ranging from beautiful hotel rooms and studio condos to spacious and luxurious hotel rooms, condos and townhomes and, of course, elegant ski homes.  Many of the properties are ski-in/ski-out or very close to it via walking or shuttle.

In addition to a diverse real estate market, Canyons Village offers wide-ranging restaurants from sandwiches to gourmet meals, shopping, après ski nightlife, miles and miles of hiking and biking trails, gondola ride, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ski-beach, outdoor concerts and a golf course.  If that were not enough, Kimball Junction with its grocery stores, local and national restaurants, local and chain stores, pet stores and movie theater (just to name a few) is just a quick 5-minute drive away.  The base of Park City Mountain Resort is approximately 4 miles from Canyons Village, Historic Old Town Park City is about 4.5 miles away and Deer Valley Resort is approximately 5.7 miles.  You will pass by the Outlet Mall on I-80 either on the way to or from the Salt Lake City International Airport which is about 33 miles (approximately 45 minutes) away.  The Utah Olympic Park, home of the 2002 Winter Olympics and many Grand Prix events is a close bike ride or drive away where you can visit the Olympic visitor’s center and take in a summer Olympic ski team practice or even a summer bobsled ride.

Connected via the Quicksilver Gondola, Canyons Village and Park City Mountain Resort offers over 7,300 acres of skiable terrain with a great mixture of beginner, intermediate and expert trails.  With 41 lifts, 8 terrain parks, 340+ trails, 14 bowls, six natural half-pipes, on super-pipe and one mini-pipe skiers of all abilities will have fun and makes for ideal family adventures.  Under the umbrella of Vail Resorts, Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort utilize the Epic Pass which also provides access to many other ski resorts in the United States and other parts of the world.
