When completed this development will have 239 homes (211 single-family homes and 28 townhomes). All of the homes will achieve a Green Certification by the National Association of Home Builders or LEED Silver Certification. Two types of homes will be offered: The Cottage and the Homestead models. The Cottage homes will be built at “market rate” while the Homestead homes will be bigger and will have customizable options. There will be 79 single-family homes that are income/deed restricted and will be specifically for primary residents that work full-time in Park City and meet other requirements.
