Mayflower Lakeside is a new luxury development to be situated on the western side of the Jordanelle Reservoir and located off Highway 40, close to the Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola and the new Deer Valley Mayflower Mountain Resort and Golf Academy.

Scheduled for completion in the summer of 2020, Mayflower Lakeside will feature a mix of twin townhomes and stacked condos.  Ultimately there will be 200 townhomes and 180 condos. The townhomes will have a main-floor master and a two-car garage.  The uphill floorplans will have 4 bedrooms and the downhill floorplans will have 5 bedrooms with a walk-out basement. The condos will be three to four-bedrooms with private covered parking and access to an elevator.  The development will include a shared clubhouse and pool.

Phase I will consist of 32 townhomes and 24 condos. First occupancy is expected in the summer of 2020 and the entire development may take 5 to 6 years to complete.  The Mayflower expansion is slated to open in the Winter of 2020/21.

Mayflower Lakeside is conveniently located off of Highway 40 which makes traveling or commuting to Park City, Salt Lake, Heber/Midway or Provo very easy and convenient.
