Promontory Utah Real Estate
“There is no Club like Promontory. Families come here to be together and enjoy the kind of experiences they dream about.” John E. Sather
Imagine a Private Mountain Playground
Promontories' private mountain club began in 2001 when the world was introduced to the vision of Promontory by an uncompromising developer with extensive experience in building communities and providing high-end hospitality.
Finding inspiration in the massive landscape that stretches over 7,200 acres Promontory developer F. Francis Najaf saw the potential for a timeless mountain club for all ages - one that would be unconventional - neither a traditional ranch nor a mountain version of your parent’s country club.
Just a stone’s throw from Park City, generations of families could pursue active recreation amid a diverse array of superb amenities, while completely immersed in nature. The Promontory vision guided the creation of the development of a unique club structure harmonious with the land. The architecturally diverse structures would allow family members to engage in their individual pursuits - and gather for joint recreation and celebration.
Park City’s Four-Season Destination. Bringing Families together for more than a decade
Since its 2001 debut, Promontory has received universal acclaim as a destination where life’s greatest moments naturally play out thanks to its unrivaled depth and breadth of extraordinary family experiences. The mountain club-which spans more than 11 square miles-features an investment of more than $400 million in exceptional and award-winning amenities for every season. No other community comes close.
Epic Adventure for All Ages. At play in a natural wonderland all four seasons.
Ski. Golf, Skate, Swim. Bike. Hike. Ride. Fish. Bowl. Play Ball. Explore solo or join a guided expedition. When you call 7,200 acres your own backyard playground, there’s simply no such thing as “nothing to do.” No private mountain community in the world can match Promontory for outdoor adventures that bring families together.
