It will consist of 197 contemporary two-bedroom units with approximately 1,300 square feet of living space and two three-bedroom penthouses on two levels with approximately 2,000 square feet of living space.

With a pre-construction reservation you will be able to add a lock-out option. This will include a separate keyed entrance, additional kitchenette, built-in closet among other design elements.
There will be three floor plans: Holland (standard), Griffin (two-bedroom with a lockout) and the Wolper (three-bedroom penthouse). Each unit will feature Bertazzoni commercial appliances, granite countertops, tile flooring, upgraded bath features, Moen fixtures, gas fireplace LED lighting, custom window shades, barn door in the master bedroom, Nest thermostats, tankless water heater, water softener, and a deck or covered patio. Bottom floor patios will be pre-wired for hot tubs.
A Black Rock Club Membership will include the following amenities: lobby, restaurant/bar, heated pool and hot tubs, fitness room, spa, sauna/steam room, game room and golf simulator, market, underground heated parking and more. The public will also be able to use the two indoor ice rinks and one seasonal outdoor rink. All Black Rock Ridge residents will be able to purchase a membership.
The HOA fee will cover high speed internet, water/sewer/trash, phone line, cable, snow removal, parking, landscaping, maintenance of building exterior and common area maintenance.
Nightly and long-term rentals are allowed, however, owners renting their units on a short-term basis (30 days and under) must use a professional management company. Pets allowed for owners only.
